Mason Library Keene State College. This project consists of construction an addition to the first floor of the existing library. Work includes, drywall, glass and glazing, flooring, painting, sprinkler systems, mechanical and electrical. All work is to be complete during normal school library hours.

River Valley Community College Projects
2008 - Fit-up and Renovation of Administrative Offices and Nursing Laboratory. Work included cutting and patching, selective demolition, rough carpentry, interior and architectural woodwork, building insulation, sheet metal flashing and trim, joint sealants, steel doors and frames, flush wood doors, overhead coiling grilles, aluminum entrances and storefronts, aluminum windows, finish hardware, glass and glazing, gypsum board assemblies, resilient flooring, carpet, paint, projection screens, fire protection, HVAC, electrical, demolition, fire alarm and detection systems. All construction took place during normal hours of operation.
2007 - Library Addition. Work included a 4,200 square foot addition including extensive storefront glass and aluminum, millwork and masonry construction. Included an extension of HVAC and electrical systems to new addition. All construction took place during normal library hours of operation.
Local Projects
2008 - Town of Chesterfield, NH Town Office and Police Station. We served as the Construction Manager and the General Contractor on this project. Project included new construction of a single story 11,000 square foot facility to house the Town Office and Police Complex. Work included septic, underground wastewater detention system, water well, landscaping, granite curbing, paving, masonry and stone veneers. Interior work included bullet resistant pass through transaction windows, bullet resistant wall panels, metal lockers, evidence lockers and handgun lockers. The exterior was equipped with perimeter security, intrusion detection, security access and video surveillance.
2006 - Granite Lodge at Camp Spofford, NH. This was new construction of a dormitory for the Camp Spofford family retreat located on Spofford Lake. Work included, site, concrete, framing, insulation, roofing, all finishes, sprinkler system, mechanical system and electrical system.
